Terrorism’s Terrible Price: The Assassination of Lord Moyne and Palestine’s Lost Opportunity for Peace

On November 6, 1944 two Jewish gunmen assassinated Lord Moyne, a member of the British cabinet and the government official responsible for the Middle East. His murder changed the course of history. It upended an early opportunity to achieve lasting peace in Palestine and locked both Jews and Arabs in a spiral of violence that continues to this day. Join Professor Bruce Hoffman and CJC Director Jonathan Lincoln for a conversation, Q&A, and refreshments.
