Anna Dubinsky became a part of the CJC team in October 2014. Anna grew up in Ukraine and Israel prior to moving to the United States, and in addition to English, she speaks Russian, Ukrainian, Hebrew and French. She graduated from Georgetown University (SFS '12) with a B.S. in Foreign Service (STIA major) and received an MBA from Georgetown'sMcDonough School of Business (MBA '17). She has previously worked at the Office of Student Financial Services and she continues to work closely with the Shalom Education Center, a Maryland-based Russian/Hebrew school.

Michelyne Chavez joined the CJC family in June 2016. She is a first-generation college graduate, originally from San Bernardino, CA. Michelyne majored in Culture and Politics and received her Bachelor’s of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in 2015. Her studies focused on propaganda, totalitarianism, and conflict (specifically - interstate conflict, fascism, oppression, and dehumanization). She is currently pursuing a Masters in Conflict Resolution at Georgetown's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Prior to returning to the Hilltop, Michelyne worked as a bilingual research assistant at Hills & Company International Consultants. Michelyne also works with Georgetown's Alumni Admissions Program, and is a member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.

Braman holocaust program coordinator

FloresJocelyn Flores became a part of the CJC team in July 2017. She is a first-generation college graduate, originally from Miami, FL. Jocelyn received her B.A this past spring from Georgetown University (COL’17), where she majored in Government and minored in Jewish Civilization. Prior to working for the CJC she interned for the State Department’s Office of Religion in Global Affairs under the former Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism Ira Forman.

Michael Stecher

Reserach Specialist and signature events coordinator

stetcher Michael Stetcher is a research specialist and signature events coordinator at the Center for Jewish Civilization. He holds a BSFS from Georgetown University and an MPA in International Security Policy from Columbia University. Prior to the CJC, Michael worked at Goldman Sachs and served as Special Assitant and Speechwriter to the Secretary of the Airforce. Michael is also currently a Senior Advisor at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress.
